RETURNS
Please not all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
If the product you received happens to be defective or damaged, we will offer either a replacement item, exchange, or store credit.
EXCHANGES
Please note, we must receive the goods back in 15 days in order to inspect and conclude exchange eligibility. Once this is confirmed, we will be able to move forward with your exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. The amount issued will exclude all shipping costs, including custom duties, charges and/or taxes.
POLICY FOR EXCHANGE
To start an exchange, you can contact us at thedvqproject@gmail.com. You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. We will let you know if your exchange has been approved or not. When approved, you will be receiving the next steps in your email to move forward with the exchange.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue.
